these are awesome shoes, if you are flat footed do not buy , they are great for anybody who has any type of arch as it snugs right up to the arch you have and has a super support, I work on concrete flooring ,12hr shifts and my feet never feel sore or tired at the end of the night and if you need alittle height it gives that to you as well, love them.I do weight over 200 lbs and I have 5 pairs of shape ups which I rotate I see no wear and tear on them yet.

These may well work for some but I have had a broken ankle and have had surgery on it a year ago so my ankle does not like the shoes, I will say if you follow the instructions you will feel sore muscles in you calfs, thighs, rear, and back, but I just can't wear them.

i LIKE THE SHOE BUT FELT THE STRENGTH STYLE WAS LIGHTER IN WEIGHT WHILE STILL BEING STABLE THE METABOLISM ONE IS LIKE WALKING ON AIR BUT DOESN'T HAVE GOOD SUPPORT. I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON WHICH THING IS MOST IMPORTANT. I WORE MY STABILITY FIRST TIME TODAY (IN THE MALL) THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WALK IN. COULD LATER FEEL A WORKOUT IN THE LEG CALVES, HOWEVER, ONCE HOME COULDN'T WAIT TO GET THE WEIGHT OFF OF MY FEET. I WAS IN THEM TOTAL OF 5 HRS BUT ALSO DID A LOT OF STOP GO SHOPPING. MY FINAL ANALYSIS IS THAT THIS IS A GOOD SHOE TO SHAPE UP YOUR LEGS BUT IF YOU ARE BUYING FOR WORK COMFORT, GET A DIFFERENT STYLE.
